Shipping policy

Greetings from Mrida! Thank you for choosing us, and we're here to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Here's a brief on our shipping policies:

  1. Dispatch Time: Your selected products will be shipped from our warehouse in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, within 48-72 hours after you place your order. Once in the hands of our delivery partner, we'll promptly share tracking details with you.
  2. Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding holidays. Once dispatched, deliveries within India typically take 3-7 business days, while international deliveries take 10-15 business days.
  3. International orders are only accepted on request via call/email and not via the website. To place your order you can reach out to us via email at hello@mrida.co with the subject line ‘International Order’ or WhatsApp/Call us at +917977669604
  4. International customers, please note that shipping and delivery times may vary based on your country's working hours and our courier partners' policies.
  5. We process to only one shipping address per order, therefore, in case any customer places an order of several items to be shipped to a different address(es), each address shall be treated as a separate order. 
  6. In case the delivery is restricted by our courier partner in a certain area and you wish to place an order for delivery, we request you to please get in touch with our team (hello@mrida.co)  and they will be glad to help you with the request, if feasible. 
  7. Ensure your order reaches you without complications by providing a complete street address and accurate PIN code details.
  8. Shipping Charges (International): For international orders, shipping is free for orders above 20,000 INR. Orders below this value have a shipping fee of INR 2500.
  9. Stay informed about your order's progress with the tracking number we provide via Email and WhatsApp, on your registered email address and phone number.

  11. If a product is unavailable or experiences delays, we'll proactively communicate within 2-3 working days via your registered mobile number or email address.
  12. Our delivery partners make up to 3 attempts before returning the package. Ensure a successful delivery by providing an accurate shipping address and a valid mobile number.
  13. Furnishing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code/zip code and a valid mobile number, expedites the delivery process. Expect an estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email.
